Since the completion of the MMSCL’s building program — including the construction of two neighborhood branches and a completely renovated main building — the Library has added art exhibit space at both the main building in Shirley and at the Moriches branch.

The Library is honored to display paintings and photography on gallery wall exhibits and can also accommodate three-dimensional objects such as sculpture, carvings, and collections in pedestal displays and locked glass display cases. The goal is to showcase the unique and diverse artistic talent of the residents of the Mastics, Shirley, Moriches, and surrounding communities.
