Bicyclist Injured In 2-Vehicle Mastic Crash: Cops

MASTIC, NY — A female bicyclist was injured when two cars crashed in Mastic Tuesday, police said.

According to Suffolk County Police, two vehicles crashed at the intersection of Robinwood Street and Mastic Road at 11 a.m. and then, the vehicles struck a woman who riding a bicycle.

The woman, who has yet to be identified, was airlifted to Stony Brook University Hospital for treatment of serious but non-life-threatening injuries; the crash involved no criminality, police said.
