William Floyd School District: Middle School Transition Program On August 16-19
It WILL include visits to your child's middle school.

Students entering sixth grade or middle school-aged and new to the district for the 2021-22 school year are encouraged to sign up for the Middle School Summer Transition program! This four-day long program will take place Monday, August 16 through Thursday, August 19, from 9 am to 12 pm at William Floyd High School. It WILL include visits to your child's middle school.

Additional information:
- "Grab & Go" breakfast and lunch will be provided.
- Transportation is not available and each family will be responsible for drop off and pickup of their children.
- Please fill out this form to request registration. Once reviewed, you will receive a confirmation via email or telephone, space permitting.
- Please note that you do not need to fill out this form if you have previously enrolled your child through the Summer Enrichment program announcement and received an email confirmation.
