During the week of Monday, March 7 through Friday, March 11, the district will be upgrading its school meal software system. As a result, the MySchoolBucks pre-payment service will be temporarily unavailable and unable to accept online payments for all of the schools in our district. Please note that during this time, funds already on the account will still be accessible and available for use. Barring any unforeseen issues, the system is expected be fully back online by Saturday, March 12.

Since parents/guardians will not be able to add extra funds to their child’s account during the March 7-11 timeframe, it is encouraged that they make any additional pre-payments no later than Sunday, March 6, to ensure funds will be available prior to the software upgrade. Additionally, parents/guardians may still add funds to their child’s account by sending in either check or cash with their student. Students can then hand in their pre-payment to the cashier in the cafeteria. Cash is also accepted each day.
Please note that this is for the purchase of additional items only, as students are still eligible for one free breakfast and one free lunch per day, due to the district’s participation in the United States Department of Agriculture’s Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program.

Additionally, please fill out the school lunch online form to ensure that the district continues to qualify for the CEP program. It is quick and easy to do. In addition to providing one free breakfast and one free lunch per student each day, the completion of this form helps to determine whether the district qualifies for additional federal and state grant funding opportunities.
