The William Floyd High School Pep Band is back! After a 12-year hiatus, the Pep band made their return this past weekend at the varsity football game to cheer on the Colonials. Under the direction of Garry Helbock, the Pep Band is a talented student ensemble helping to bring enthusiasm and excitement to the crowd at home varsity football games. Their repertoire includes traditional “fight” songs, as well as popular music that encourages crowd participation. In addition to football games, the Pep Band will perform at the high school pep rally, the upcoming homecoming parade and other community parades and events.
