Woman Robbed Of Wallet At Apparent Gunpoint In Shirley: Police
It happened Sunday morning on Neighborhood Road, Suffolk police say.
SHIRLEY, NY — A woman was robbed of her wallet early Sunday morning in Shirley, Suffolk police said.
The woman told police that just before 7 a.m., she was on Neighborhood Road, when she was approached by a man who displayed what appeared to be a gun, and he demanded her wallet, according to police.
The robber made off with her wallet on foot, police said.

The woman declined any medical attention at the scene, according to police.
No arrests have been made.
