Woman Tries Robbing Suffolk Bank; Flees On Motorcycle: Police
She demanded cash from the teller, who did not comply, police say.

YAPHANK, NY — A woman tried to rob a Yaphank bank on Monday morning, Suffolk police said.
A woman entered Chase Bank, at 128 Main Street, and passed a note to a teller demanding cash around 10 a.m., police said. The teller did not comply, and the woman got on the back of a waiting motorcycle, which drove east on Main Street, police said.
The woman was wearing a facemask and a motorcycle helmet, police said.
