• Afton man arrested after impersonating as teen to contact underage victims (wbng.com) — State Police based in Sidney arrested a 21-year-old Afton man accused of posing as a teenager online and sexually abusing at least one underage victim, including a child under 13. After being processed at the Sidney barracks, he was jailed on high bail, and investigators are urging anyone in Sidney or nearby communities who may have interacted with him to contact State Police with information.
