3 Stole Scents From Smith Haven Mall Macy's: Police

LAKE GROVE, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help finding the three people who, police said, stole merchandise from a Lake Grove shop in June.

Two women and a man loaded high-end fragrances from Macy's into black laundry bags on June 19, police said. The store is in the Smith Haven Mall. The stolen scents were valued at roughly $1,295, police said. The trio is wanted for grand larceny.

Police ask anyone with information to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, using a mobile app which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips, or online at www.P3Tips.com. A cash reward is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
