3 Stole Sunglasses Using Baby Stroller In Lake Grove: Police

LAKE GROVE, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help finding the three people who, police said, stole from a Lake Grove store in October.

A man and two women hid three pairs of sunglasses in a baby stroller and walked out of Sunglass Hut, in the Smith Haven Mall, around 6:10 p.m. Oct. 23, police said. The sunglasses were valued at $1,192, police said. The three are wanted for grand larceny.

Police ask anyone with information to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, using a mobile app which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips, or online at www.P3Tips.com. A cash reward is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
