HOMELAND’S Amy Hargreaves and Director John Sherman Talk THEY/THEM/US on Tom Needham’s SOUNDS OF FILM.
They/Them/Us is a contemporary family comedy set against the backdrop of a light-hearted kink world from writer/director JON SHERMAN. When two single parents meet on a dating site and move in together, they must blend their family of four teenagers while navigating a new relationship.

They/Them/Us is Jon Sherman’s third feature film. His first film, Breathing Room, starred Dan Futterman, Susan Floyd, Edie Falco, and Paul Giamatti. It was released in more than 25 countries worldwide. His next film, I’m With Lucy, was a romantic comedy produced by Gaumont, the largest film studio in France. It starred Monica Potter, Gael Garcia Bernal, Julie Christie, Anthony LaPaglia, John Hannah and Harold Ramis. It was the opening night film at the 2002 Deauville Film Festival and has been released in more than 50 countries worldwide.
In the indie film world, Amy is best known for the Cannes Prix Fipresci award-winning Blue Ruin, DWF-LA Grand Jury winner Paint, Sundance premieres Sister Aimee and Against the Current as well as How He Fell In Love, Super Dark Times, The Preppie Connection, Michael Clayton, Shame, Delirious, Wonderstruck and the 1990s cult classic Brainscan (opposite Edward Furlong and Frank Langella).

Amy starred in all 4 seasons of the enormously popular 13 Reasons Why for Netflix, but she is perhaps most recognized for her role as Carrie Mathison’s (Claire Danes) always responsible sister Maggie on Showtime's hit series Homeland. For her role in the HBO original film Flashback, she was nominated for a Cable Ace Award for best actress in a dramatic series or special.

For the past 30 years, the program has delivered a popular mix of interviews and music to listeners all over Long Island, parts of Connecticut and streaming live worldwide on the internet.
