Burned, Dead Rooster Found In Smithtown Park: SPCA

The animal is believed to have been killed as part of a ritualistic satanic animal sacrifice, the SPCA says.

SMITHTOWN, NY - Officials are seeking the person or persons responsible for the killing of a rooster found dead in a Smithtown park this past weekend.

The Suffolk County SPCA was contacted by the Suffolk Police about a burned, dead rooster that had been found on a path near the lake in Millers Pond County Park by the Maple Avenue and 4th Avenue entrance on Sunday.

SPCA detectives responded to the location and found that the death was part of a ritualistic satanic animal sacrifice.

According to Marcos Quinones, an expert in the occult, this sacrifice appears to be connected to Chango the god of fire, thunder and lighting which is why the rooster was burned.

In addition, according to the SPCA, in February three decapitated birds were also discovered in the same location.

There have also been previous cases of goats, chickens, roosters, cow tongues being used in these sacrifices throughout Suffolk County.

The Suffolk County SPCA is offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) responsible for this act of animal cruelty.
