SMITHTOWN, NY - One man was injured after he was ejected from construction machinery that overturned in Smithtown on Monday afternoon. The Smithtown Fire Department was alerted to the incident at 8 Riverview Terrace at about 3:12 p.m. Firefighters and EMS personnel arrived to find that the man had facial and other compound fractures after being ejected.
