Couple Tries To Buy $6K Worth Of Stuff With Stolen Credit Card
The man and woman attempted to go on a shopping spree at the Smith Haven Mall with a credit card stolen earlier that day, police say.
LAKE GROVE, NY - Suffolk Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a couple who used a stolen credit card at stores in Lake Grove last month.
The man and a woman (pictured above) tried to use a stolen credit card to make purchases at the Apple Store and Game Stop, both located inside of the Smith Haven Mall on Jan. 28.
The two tried to make more than $6,000 worth of purchases.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
