Man Masturbated 3 Times At Smith Haven Mall: Police
A woman at a bookstore saw him masturbating while sitting at the table next to her, police say.
LAKE GROVE, NY — A Smithtown man was arrested Sunday for masturbating several times at the Smith Haven Mall over the past month, according to Suffolk Police.
A woman was inside Barnes and Noble in the mall on Saturday when she saw a man masturbating while sitting at the table next to her, police said. The woman fled and notified police.
Following an investigation, 26-year-old Samuel Bartolotto was arrested on Sunday at 7 p.m.

Detectives found that in addition to the incident on Saturday, Bartolotto had also masturbated in his car in the parking lot of the mall on May 8 and May 12, police said.
Bartolotto was charged with three counts of public lewdness and will be arraigned at a later date, police said.
