Man Missing After Being Discharged From Hospital

Suffolk County Police Second Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to locate a man who was last seen at a Smithtown hospital in December.

Thomas Eastwood, 58, was last seen when he was discharged from Saint Catherine of Siena Medical Center, located at 50 Route 25A, on Dec. 14, 2017. Eastwood was reported missing by his brother on Dec. 30.

Eastwood, who is homeless, is white, 5-foot-11 and approximately 250 pounds.
