Man Robs St. James Bank: Police
The man displayed a note demanding cash from the teller, police say.

ST. JAMES, NY — A man robbed a bank in St. James on Sunday afternoon, Suffolk police said.
A man entered TD Bank, at 621 Lake Ave., at 12:07 p.m. and displayed a note demanding cash, police said. The teller gave the man cash from the drawer, police said. The man ran off from the bank, police said.
The man was described as white, in his middle to late 20s, and approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, police said. He was wearing a blue jacket, tan shorts, white sneakers and a blue cloth mask, police said.

Detectives are asking anyone with information on this robbery to call the Major Case Unit at 631-852-6553 or anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
