Man Robs Suffolk County Bank
BREAKING: He was wearing a New England Patriots baseball cap during the robbery Wednesday evening, police say.

HAUPPAUGE, NY - Police are searching for a man who robbed a bank in Hauppauge Wednesday evening.
According to police, the man entered the TD Bank located at 425 Route 347 at about 5:10 p.m., approached a teller and displayed a note demanding cash. The teller complied and the man fled on foot south on Route 111.
The robber was described as a black male, between 35-40 years-old, around 5-foot-8 with a medium build. He was wearing a gray-hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, red sneakers, a New England Patriots baseball cap and sunglasses.

The investigation is continuing and police are asking anyone with information about the robbery to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
