Man Sexually Abuses Jogger In Suffolk: Police

A man grabbed and sexually abused a woman who was jogging on Thursday morning, police say.

SMITHTOWN, NY — A man sexually abused a woman while she was jogging in Smithtown on Thursday morning, Suffolk police said.

The woman was jogging at the intersection of Route 111 and Estate Road around 6:40 a.m. when she was grabbed and sexually abused by a man, police said. The man, who was wearing only a white tank top, fled, police said. The woman called police and received medical attention, police said.
