Man Threatens Employee During Store Robbery
The man threatened to use a weapon on the employee when he was confronted for stealing merchandise before fleeing.
LAKE GROVE, NY - A man threatened an employee after he was caught stealing merchandise from a store in the Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove on Wednesday night, according to Suffolk Police.
The man entered Sears at about 7:15 p.m. and left the store with merchandise.
A store employee then approached the man and demanded the merchandise back.
