Man Uses Stolen Credit Card Across Long Island: Police

The credit card was stolen from an unlocked vehicle and then used at multiple stores, police say.

NISSEQUOGUE, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help in finding the man who police said used a stolen credit card in July.

A man entered an unlocked vehicle parked outside a home on Woodcutters Path in Nissequogue at
approximately 3:45 a.m. July 27 and stole a credit card, police said. The card was later used at
several stores, including CVS, at 2 East Jericho Turnpike, Huntington Station, bp Gas Station, at 2665 Hempstead Turnpike, Levittown, and Dicks Sporting Goods, at 7 Green Acres Road, Valley Stream, police said.

The man is wanted for grand larceny.
