New LI Umpiring Group Seeks New Officials

CENTEREACH, NY — The Long Island Baseball Umpires Organization (LIBUO), a new group on Long Island, is looking for officials, according to a news release.

The group, led by seasoned umpires with years of officiating experience all the way up to the collegiate level, is seeking both new and experienced umpires to join its ranks.

"Whether you want to umpire young kids enjoying summer recreational programs or work your way up the ranks and officiate at the highest levels, LIBUO will work with you to help you reach your highest potential," LIBUO wrote. "It’s also a good way to make some extra money while having fun."
