Service: Wednesday, September 28 starting at 9:45 a.m. at the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary R.C. Church on 3 Crown Acres Road in Centereach.

Obituary: Patricia A. McCarthy, of Smithtown, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 24. She was 71.

Internment will take place at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Coram.
