Police Seeking Man Who Used Credit Card Stolen From Unlocked Car

Reward offered for info leading to an arrest.

Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a man who used a credit card that was stolen from a vehicle in Smithtown.

According to police, the man pictured above used the stolen credit card at a BP gas station in Smithtown and a 7-Eleven in Commack on May 20. The credit card was stolen from an unlocked vehicle earlier in the day on Talbot Lane in Smithtown.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
