Smile - Raise your vibrations

How to make your day a little bit brighter

I have been teased often for saying "slap a smile on it and fake it until you make it!" However there is simple science around this concept. I know it is easy to smile on those happy days. But just as often things in life can feel like they are going wrong. This becomes more challenging. Smiling when facing trials and tribulations, people and/or situations that are more difficult than
usual. That makes it not only more difficult or easy to smile and expect the best out of life....but do it anyway.

The simple act of smiling automatically gives you a happier perspective. People smile back. This allows you to feel more positive vibrations, eventually helping to turn your day around or make it a little bit brighter. So, the reasoning. "Your‘vibration’ is a fancy way of describing your overall state of being. Everything in the universe is made up of energy vibrating at different
frequencies. Even things that look solid are made up of vibrational energy fields at the quantum level. This includes you."
I am sure you have heard that what you give out, you get back. Energy attracts energy. This is your vibrations, or your frequency. So during periods of stress doesn't it always feel like "when it rains, it pours?" Well you can change that. Simply by deep breathing and consciously changing even a small amount of negative you are putting out, and transform it into the positive. Well
how do we do this when we are experiencing physical distress? Pain due to chronic illness, skin conditions, fatigue? Same way. We give ourselves energy and positive thought. "I am well, I am getting better, I am healthy, happy and radiant. I appreciate my body. I am at peace and grateful for my day."
At the same time, you can offer yourself good nutritious food, water, and exercise>
