Smithtown Christmas Parade Coming To Town: Info
The parade is a few days away. Here's what you need to know about the route, how to donate food or toys, and more.

SMITHTOWN, NY — The 2021 Smithtown Christmas Parade is set for Saturday. It marks the Smithtown Fire Department's 42nd annual parade and is dedicated to the memory of Charles E.H. Lauber Jr., who died in the line of duty at the age of 55 in 2000.
The parade is slated to start at 4 p.m. The parade route is available on the Smithtown Fire Department website in PDF form.
Paradegoers were encouraged by the department to make a non-perishable food or toy donation. Drop-offs can be made at Smithtown Town Hall, Giunta's Meat Farms of Hauppauge and Smithtown High School West.

People who are unvaccinated against the coronavirus were also asked by the fire department to wear a mask or face covering and follow social distancing at parade stops.
