SMITHTOWN, NY — The 43rd annual Smithtown Fire Department Christmas Parade is scheduled for Dec. 17.
The parade is slated to kick off at 4 p.m. from the fire department's headquarters, at 100 Elm Ave., Smithtown. The full route can be viewed below:
The parade will be dedicated to Charles E.H. Lauber Jr., who died in the line of duty in 2000.

Cookies with Santa is set to be held from 2 to 3 p.m. Dec. 17 at the firehouse on Elm Avenue.
