Smithtown Police Blotter: 1st-Degree Identity Theft Reported

Two grand larcenies were also reported, police say.

The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.

  • July 3: Harassment was reported on Clubhouse Lane in Nesconset at 12:30 a.m.
  • July 3: Grand larceny was reported on Smithtown Bypass in Smithtown from July 2 at 11 p.m.
  • July 2: Grand larceny was reported on River Heights Drive in Smithtown from June 26 at 2 p.m.
  • June 30: Harassment was reported on Cilotta Lane in Smithtown at 12:30 a.m.
  • June 29: Three counts of criminal mischief were reported on Grassy Pond Drive in Smithtown at 12:01 a.m.
  • June 29: Identity theft (first-degree) was reported on South Avenue in Smithtown from June 17 at noon.
  • June 29: Criminal mischief was reported on Cabot Court West in St. James from June 28 at 3 p.m.
  • June 29: Harassment was reported on Columbus Avenue in Smithtown from June 28 at 12:25 a.m.
