• May 2: Harassment was reported on Ashleigh Drive in St. James at 8:35 p.m.
• May 1: Criminal mischief was reported on Sun Hill Road in Nesconset at 10:30 a.m.
• May 1: Identity theft was reported on South Avenue in Smithtown from April 26 at noon.
• April 30: Harassment was reported on Harbor Road in Head of the Harbor at 2:30 p.m.
• April 30: Aggravated harassment was reported on Maplelawn Drive in Smithtown at 6 p.m.
• April 29: Criminal mischief was reported on Middle Country Road in Nesconset at 2 a.m.
• April 29: Harassment was reported on Grassy Pond Drive South in Smithtown at 6:50 p.m.
• April 28: Harassment was reported on West Jericho Turnpike in Smithtown at 11:50 a.m.
• April 28: Aggravated harassment was reported on Shirley Court in Smithtown at 2:50 p.m.
• April 28: Identity theft (first-degree) was reported on Joseph Place in Nesconset from April 20 at 1 a.m.
• April 26: Grand larceny was reported on Nesconset Highway in Smithtown at 8:05 p.m.
