Smithtown Police Blotter: 3 Identity Thefts Reported

There were also six grand larcenies reported, police say.

The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.

  • Sept. 18: Grand larceny was reported on Amboy Lane in Lake Grove from Sept. 17 at 1 a.m.
  • Sept. 18: Grand larceny was reported on West Main Street in Smithtown at 1:48 a.m.
  • Sept. 17: Grand larceny was reported at Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove from Aug. 31 at 2:52 p.m.
  • Sept. 16: Identity theft (first-degree) was reported on Gaigal Drive in Nesconset from March 1 at noon.
  • Sept. 16: Harassment was reported on Hilltop Drive in Smithtown at 10:06 p.m.
  • Sept. 16: Grand larceny was reported on Shirley Court in Smithtown at 8:55 a.m.
  • Sept. 15: Identity theft (second-degree) was reported on Central Road in Smithtown at 8:53 a.m.
  • Sept. 15: Identity theft (first-degree) was reported on Maple Glen Lane in Nesconset from Sept. 9 at 9:50 a.m.
  • Sept. 15: Grand larceny was reported at Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove from Sept. 14 at 1:27 p.m.
  • Sept. 14: Grand larceny was reported on Maple Avenue in Smithtown from Sept. 11 at 4 a.m.
  • Sept. 14: Criminal mischief was reported on Frederick Avenue in Lake Grove at 12:04 a.m.
  • Sept. 14: Criminal mischief was reported on Jefferson Avenue in St. James at midnight.
  • Sept. 13: Criminal mischief was reported on Standish Place in Nesconset from Sept. 12 at 5 p.m.
  • Sept. 13: Harassment was reported on Beechwood Court in Lake Grove at 1:57 p.m.
