Smithtown Police Blotter: Car Stolen After Key Fob Left Inside
ALSO: Someone stole money from a jewelry store over the span of several months, police say.

The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.
- April 1: Grand larceny (third-degree) was reported at Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove from Aug. 20, 2022, at 6:25 p.m. A person stole money from Lovisa, a jewelry store in the mall, between August 2022 and March, police said.
- March 27: Grand larceny (third-degree) was reported on Woodland Lane in Smithtown at 11:30 p.m. Someone stole a 2019 Cadillac XTS from a driveway, police said. The key fob was left in the car, police said.
