Smithtown Police Blotter: Car's Catalytic Converter Stolen
ALSO: Seven jackets were swiped from a Macy's, police say.

The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.
- Jan. 22: Grand larceny (fourth-degree) was reported at Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove at 4:10 p.m. Someone stole fragrances from a store in Smith Haven Plaza, police said. Police do not know which store the goods were stolen from.
- Jan. 18: Grand larceny (fourth-degree) was reported on Lindell Avenue in Lake Grove from Jan. 14 at 8 p.m. Someone stole a catalytic converter from a 2000 Honda Accord, police said.
- Jan. 17: Grand larceny (fourth-degree) was reported at Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove at 3:55 p.m. Seven jackets were stolen from Macy's, police said.
