Smithtown World Language Students Host International Night
Students celebrated a night of dancing, music and food.
ST. JAMES, NY — World Language students from Smithtown High School West recently celebrated a night of dancing, music and food at the annual "International Night," the school district announced.
Held at Flowerfield in St. James, students from the German, French, Italian and Spanish honor societies as well as the American Sign Language came together to celebrate language learning and culture appreciation.
The students shared their love and pride for their respective languages through cultural performances representing each of the languages taught at Smithtown High School West. They enjoyed an incredible international menu and danced the night away.
