SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY — All of the following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department.

First Precinct

• May 18: Michael Cooper, 33, of Wyandanch, was arrested in Wyandanch and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon: loaded firearm, second-degree criminal contempt: disobey court, second-degree obstruct governmental administration, and resisting arrest.
• May 17: Christopher Hollien, 63, who is homeless, was arrested in Deer Park and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny: value of property more than $1,000 and petty larceny.
• May 17: Kelvin Reyes-Velasquez, 20, of Amityville, was arrested in Amityville and charged with first-degree rape: actor more than 17, victim less than 13.
• May 16: Jailene Peralta-Diaz, 24, of Copiague, was arrested in Amity Harbor and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: hallucinogen.
• May 15: Daniel Romanowski, 31, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Wyandanch and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny: value of property more than $1,000.
• May 15: Asia Leaphart, 25, of Deer Park, was arrested in Deer Park and charged with two counts of third-degree grand larceny and one count of second-degree assault: intent to cause physical injury to officer.
• May 15: Yolanda Jorge, 54, of Copiague, was arrested in Copiague and charged with DWI: first offense.
• May 15: Michael Plotkin, 25, of Oakdale, was arrested in North Amityville and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: hallucinogen.
• May 14: Esmail Sewid, 23, of Dix Hills, was arrested in Deer Park and charged with DWI: first offense.
• May 14: James Catlett, 66, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Babylon and charged with DWI: first offense.
• May 14: Marisa Maggiotta, 40, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in Lindenhurst and charged with DWI: first offense.
• May 13: Vielka Pena-Fernandez, 25, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in Lindenhurst and charged with first-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drug: 8 oz or more.
• May 13: Darryl Jones, 34, of Farmingdale, was arrested in North Amityville and charged with third-degree criminal mischief: property of $250 or more.

Second Precinct

• May 16: Gregory Sliwak, 56, of Lloyd Harbor, was arrested in Lloyd Harbor and charged with DWI: first offense.
• May 13: Michael Nix, 41, of Huntington, was arrested in Huntington and charged with DWI: first offense.
• May 13: Megan Kelly, 35, of Huntington, was arrested in Huntington and charged with first-degree operate motor vehicle impaired by drugs.
• May 13: Taylor Ashe, 23, of Raleigh, was arrested in Huntington and charged with DWI: first offense.

• May 17: Christopher Berry, 30, of Ridge, was arrested in Bay Shore and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drug w/ intent to sell.
• May 16: Carlos Martinez, 45, of East Moriches, was arrested in Central Islip and charged with DWI: first offense.
• May 16: Kion Thomas, 24, of Central Islip, was arrested in Central Islip and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon: loaded firearm.
• May 16: Zion Moore, 23, of Islandia, was arrested in Central Islip and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon: loaded firearm.
• May 16: Jeff Alan Nelson II, 21, of Selden, was arrested in Central Islip and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon: loaded firearm.
• May 15: Elby Arias-Gutierrez, 45, of Central Islip, was arrested in Islip and charged with DWI: first offense.
• May 15: Cristian Garcia-Garcia, 25, of Brentwood, was arrested in Brentwood and charged with DWI: first offense.
• May 14: Baldomero Vera, 29, of Trenton, was arrested in Brentwood and charged with first-degree robbery: use dangerous instrument, false personation, and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
• May 14: Kayla Thompson, 20, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in Bay Shore and charged with DWI: first offense.
• May 13: Denis Uceda, 52, of Central Islip, was arrested in Central Islip and charged with DWI: previous conviction in 10 years and second-degree criminal contempt: disobey court.

Fourth Precinct

• May 18: Brian Kohler, 31, of Centereach, was arrested in Ronkonkoma and charged with DWI: first offense.
• May 18: James Lawrence, 37, of Lake Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Lake Ronkonkoma and charged with DWI: previous conviction in 10 years.
• May 18: Denise Rodriguez, 42, of Smithtown, was arrested in Smithtown and charged with first-degree operate motor vehicle impaired by drugs.
• May 14: Carlos Lozada, 35, of Lake Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Lake Ronkonkoma and charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property: value of property more than $3,000 and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
• May 13: Cary Oxner, 21, of Lake Grove, was arrested in Ronkonkoma and charged with third-degree criminal mischief: property of $250 or more.

Fifth Precinct

• May 15: Evan Livingston, 38, of Blue Point, was arrested in Patchogue and charged with DWI: first offense.

• May 15: Dominick Mongardi, 30, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Patchogue and charged with four counts of fourth-degree grand larceny: credit card, one count of petty larceny, and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
• May 14: Jesse Kovacs, 26, of St. James, was arrested in Patchogue and charged with DWI: first offense.

• May 18: Joseph Triburgo, 66, of Mastic, was arrested in Holtsville and charged with first-degree operate motor vehicle impaired by drugs and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
• May 17: Alan Querido, 33, of Selden, was arrested in Brookhaven and charged with DWI: first offense.
• May 16: Kesha Wright, 43, of Selden, was arrested in Gordon Heights and charged with second-degree assault: intent to cause physical injury to officer.
• May 15: Andrew Serra, 58, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Holbrook and charged with DWI: first offense.
• May 14: Arthur Cortes, 54, of Medford, was arrested in Riverhead and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny: auto over $100.
