Teen Seriously Injured After Falling Off Car In St. James
BREAKING: The 17-year-old was hospitalized after the incident on Thursday afternoon.
ST. JAMES, NY - A 17-year-old was seriously injured after falling off a moving car in St. James on Thursday afternoon.
The incident was reported at 2:43 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Park on Moriches Road.
The teen was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital with a serious head injury.

An active crime scene was established in the back parking lot by the soccer fields.
Suffolk Police are currently investigating.
