Thief Wanted After Stealing Cleats From Lake Grove Sporting Goods Store: Police
The theft happened at a Dick's Sporting Goods store inside Smith Haven Mall on March 10, police say.
LAKE GROVE, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police are asking for the public’s help to identify and locate a man accused of stealing merchandise from a Lake Grove store, police said.
The man stole cleats valued at around $260 from a Dick’s Sporting Goods store located at 620 Smith Haven Mall at about 5 p.m. on March 10, according to police.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers anonymously by calling 1-800-220-TIPS. Tips can also be submitted through the P3 Tips mobile app or online at P3Tips.com, police said.
