Woman Used Credit Cards Stolen In Smithtown: Police

She used the cards at multiple stores in a few different towns, police say. She is wanted for grand larceny.

SMITHTOWN, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help finding the woman who, police said, used stolen credit cards earlier this year.

A woman used stolen credit cards to make purchases at multiple locations in Smithtown, Stony Brook, and Centereach on Nov. 17, police said. The woman drove away from each store in a black
Chevrolet Avalanche, police said.

The cards had been stolen from a parked vehicle in Smithtown earlier that day, police said. She is wanted for grand larceny.

A cash reward is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
