SMITHTOWN, NY — Smithtown High School West students performed "Into the Woods" from Thursday to Sunday, the school district announced.

The epic musical adventure incorporated plots and characters from several fairytales. The play included a meet and greet for local senior citizens in the school library.

The students and musicians spent countless hours not only rehearsing the material but also building the set.
