GOT TALENT? SHOW US WHAT YOU'VE GOT!
We're looking for singers, musicians, stand-up comedians, dancers, magicians, jugglers, monologists, sketch performers — and anything else you've got up your sleeve. All ages, all experience levels, and all backgrounds are warmly welcome. Let's celebrate the amazing talent right here in our community!
PERFORMANCE RULES
• Acts must be 3 minutes or less
• Acts must be show ready, not in development or rehearsal
• Acts should be simple to stage and not require elaborate props, sets, costumes, or special effects
• All content must be G-rated and family friendly
• The theater provides the following only: stage, standard stage lighting, sound system and 2 handheld mics
• Contestant must provide their own MP3 format soundtracks
• No rehearsal or rehearsal space is provided
• This is a benefit show for the theater and church — there is no monetary compensation, however, see below for prizes
PRIZES
The most popular and original acts, as determined by our judges, will receive prizes, which will consist of generously donated items from the community. Prize details to be announced — stay tuned!
HOW TO AUDITION
Preferred method:
1. Record a video of your show ready act (phone quality is perfectly fine — we just want to see what you do!)
2. Upload your video to YouTube or to a file share such as google drive, drop box or other
3. Email your YouTube link or shareable file link to linda@hardscrabbletheater.com and include your name, age and a brief description of your act
4. A parent or guardian must submit on behalf of minors

Contestants accepted to the event will be notified via email by June 12th, 2026
