1 Person Shot Dead In Christmas Day Hamptons Home Invasion: PD
The person was found dead of a gunshot wound on Christmas morning in a North Sea home, police say.
NORTH SEA, NY — A person was shot and killed in a home invasion in North Sea on Christmas morning, police said.
According to Southampton Town Police, at 8:46 a.m., a 911 call came in about the incident; officers responded and found a person deceased with a gunshot wound.
Southampton Town detectives initiated the investigation, and a Suffolk County homicide
unit was requested and responded, police said.
