2 Motorcycles Worth $10K Stolen In East Quogue: Police

EAST QUOGUE, NY — Police are searching for whoever stole two motorcycles from East Quogue in September, authorities said.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Southampton Town police said they are asking for the public’s help to identify and locate the person or people who stole the two motorcycles from the garage of a Sandpiper Lane home on September 22.

One motorcycle is a red and white 2018 Honda CRF450R with a VIN number of JH2PE073JK101345 and the second is a red and white 2001 Honda XR400 with a VIN number of JHZNE03071K601275, police said. The motorcycles are valued at $5,000 each, police said.

The thief traveled to the scene in a white sedan, police said.
