Burglar Found Hiding Under Blankets In Bunk Bed: Cops
The burglar was found hiding under the covers on the top bunk at a home in the Hamptons, police say.

SOUTHAMPTON, NY — A Sag Harbor man was arrested and charged with burglary after he was caught hiding under the covers on top of a bunk bed in someone's house, police said.
According to Southampton Village Police, Caleb J. McDonald, 31, was arrested on Jan. 15 at 11:38 a.m. at a home on Hill St. and charge with second degree burglary and two counts of third degree criminal mischief, all felonies.
Police said they found McDonald hiding under the blankets on top of the bunk bed after being called to the residence by a caretaker.

McDonald caused damage to two exterior doors to gain access to the residence, police said.
At his arraignment, McDonald was remanded to the Suffolk County Correctional Facility in Riverside in lieu of $1,500 cash bail, police said.
