Pickles &amp; Paws 2026 is back for its second annual celebration—bigger, bolder, and brinier than ever! With tons of animal shelters and rescues, like SASF, this event is your chance to meet lovable pets in need of forever homes.
 In addition to animal adoptions, enjoy exciting pickle contests, puppy yoga, raffles &amp; silent auction, live music, a doggie fashion show, and plenty of family-friendly activities.

Southampton History Museum

Step into the early days of recorded sound with a live, hands-on program featuring an original Edison wax cylinder phonograph. Participants will listen to authentic recordings from the 1890s through the 1920s, explore antique phonographs up close, and, as a group, create a real recording on a wax cylinder using genuine early-1900s equipment.

Presented by the Long Island Cylinder Record Company, this engaging educational experience is designed for adults, teens, families, and STEAM audiences alike. Unique, immersive, and fun, the program brings the history of early sound out from behind museum glass and directly into your ears...and your hands!

RSVP is not required but is recommended as space is limited to just 30 seats. Please be sure to reserve your spot early.

Join us as the Sag Harbor Whaling Museum welcomes back Pierson High School art students as they share their work in this year’s exhibition, Reflections of America: Student Perspectives at 250. This creative display of artwork, produced by some of Pierson’s most talented students, celebrates the 250th anniversary of the United States and will be on display in our main gallery from April 18 to May 3. The Opening Reception on Saturday, April 25, 5PM-7PM, is free to attend, so come meet the artists and view their inspiring work. Light refreshments will be served.
