Join Ma’s House & BIPOC Art Studio on Sunday, November 22, from 4 to 7:30 PM for a ribbon cutting celebrating our new art studio—a new accessible space to continue supporting BIPOC artists. The 1,000-square-foot building, about 40 feet from the original Ma’s House on the Shinnecock Nation, adds sunlit studio and gallery space for Shinnecock and visiting artists to create new work, with a design inspired by a traditional wigwam. Light bites and refreshments will be served. Free; RSVP required, limited to 50 guests.
