SOUTHAMPTON, NY — Friends and the community are joining forces to see a local young man's once-in-a-lifetime opportunity come true.

"I will be working four-to-five-hours per day at the invitation-only Cannes Film Festival for two weeks as a videographer, filming the panel discussion at The Roger Ebert Conference Center," he said. "During my free time, I will have the opportunity to meet and interact with industry professionals, observing firsthand the fast-paced nature of the festival and market. This is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity."
But there are expenses, which cover residence, airport pick-up and and drop-off services, daily breakfast, membership to The American Pavilion, guidance from an industry adviser, admission to the roundtable series, access to The American Pavilion in-house ticketing system, along with many additional Cannes Film Festival events, he said.
