Evolution Fitness, the premier fitness facility of the Hamptons, invites all to come out and celebrate at its Grand Opening on Memorial Day Weekend Saturday, May 28. Starting at 7a.m. Evolution will offer free classes, tours of the facility, and a special, one-day-only membership sign-up discount. Then the evening will culminate with "An Evolution Event" cocktail party from 6 to 9 p.m., featuring red carpet photos, a DJ, and complimentary wine, Champaign, and hors d'oeuvres. A ribbon cutting ceremony featuing Southampton Village Mayor Mark Epley and Shinnecock Nation Tribal Trustees will be held at 7 p.m.
