She will make mozzarella cheese & prepare eggplant Parmesan with tomato & mozzarella, grilled vegetable napoleon, homemade pesto on crostini, bruschetta with prosciutto, mozzarella & basil, & homemade chips topped with chili lime shrimp & avocado cream.
