A mid circuit hike of Long Pond Greenbelt will be held on New Year's Eve before you start celebrating. Hosted by the Southampton Trails Preservation Society, hikers will meet at the South Fork Natural History Society Museum's parking lot. The fast paced hike is through grasslands and oak/hickory forest with views of Crooked Pond and Deer Drink.
