Southampton Breakers "Your Local College Baseball At It's Best"

MISSION STATEMENT: The Southampton Breakers of the Hamptons Collegiate Baseball Division hope to enhance the Community of Southampton by have the highest standards and providing inexpensive entertainment for local families of all ages.  We hope to encourage them to share in the enjoyment of good quality collegiate baseball.... The Great American Pastime!!

The Beginning..

        Modeled after the prestigious Cape Cod Baseball league, which has sent thousands of players to the professional ranks in its 115 years, Hamptons Collegiate Baseball has provided free family entertainment and elite college baseball to the East End since 2008!

     The Southampton Breakers is one of the SEVEN (7) East End baseball teams in Hamptons Collegiate Baseball, a non-profit organization. Each summer it recruits top college baseball players from all over the US who come to Eastern Long Island to compete in an summer-long quest to be crowned champion of the Atlantic Collegiate Baseball League (ACBL). The seven teams make up the Hamptons Division of the ACBL.

     We have had more than 300 players come to the East End these past 4 summers. Last year, the players not only exhibited major-league caliber talent in front of fans and scouts on the field, but class and respectfulness off the field.

     Our league is sanctioned by the NCAA and Major League Baseball with top college players from around the country who have a dream and the dedication to make it to the major leagues.
