Fitness February at SYS - Week 4 - Zen Week - Free Yoga!

Join SYS on Tuesday and Thursday of this week for Free Yoga Classes. Our instructor, Liz DiFebo is dedicated to the the discipline of Yoga and is excited to share it with you this week. If you have tried Yoga before and are familiar with the practice, come to our 8:30am OPEN Class and for beginners we have a 9:30am class this week.
